Fantastic customer service and quick to respond. I had my invoice within a few hours and posted a day or two later. Postage was slow due to COVID-19 which is understandable, however their communication very good and I had a tracking number. The model is very good quality, a few mould lines and a small amount of mould slip but nothing that won't clean up, no bent parts from what I can see either. Overall very happy.

Perfect cast. Slight bend on the sword bit straightened out just by bending it into shape.
      Can't recommend this enough!!

Great cast! Very little, if any slippage.
