  • Damaged model, confused customer service
    By September 28, 2021 15:08

So, after several days and a good bit of confusion on with sides, we eventually came to the compromise that they would send me an Arachnus Storm Cannon, Iliastus Accelerator Culverin, and a piece for the Telemon Caestus that was unusable when I next place an order.

However, the Telemon is still unusable, so I will need to acquire one at some point.

I will most likely try ordering from them again, but I'm not expecting much.

    • Disappointing, but hopeful
      By September 22, 2021 11:38

I ordered this model, plus a Trajann Valoris, a second set of weapons, and 2 Accelerator Culverins. They arrived today, and out of the 6 weapons that I got, 4 are miscast enough that I can't use them; and the actual dreadnought has significant issues as well, most notably with the leg armor, but also with the shoulder pads and other pieces. I will be leaving an update below this with my final thoughts on the matter once I receive feedback, but considering the number of people espousing their satisfaction with items purchased from here, I am hopeful that something good may yet come of this.

I was very happy with the quality of this model and the price it came with. Only thing I noticed was some of the peices were quite think plastic. Minor problem.

Thank you for this. Very minimal clean up. Model is basically perfect and in excellent shape. Shipping was very tight and well protected. I ordered Saggitarum and was very satisfied and I am even more so with this. I will be ordering again!

friend of mine referred me. Always wanted one of these, but couldn't justify FW's prices. I am so grateful I found out about this site. Little bit of flawing on cannon and the back was flush, but some green stuff and filing fixed it easily.

The arachnus storm cannon is missing, the customer service is very unfriendly and doesn't want to help me. I'm very disappointed and will never buy something again here

Extremely impressed with this model, looks great and showed up quicker than expected. Minimal mound lines, no slippage, no bending required!

                      By August 16, 2019 18:30

There are some very minor flaws on the connection points on this model, but nothing that is seen when assembled. Surface and finish are perfect, the resin is good quality and details are crisp.
This is a really great kit.

Was a really good cast, zero issues with warping or bad flashing, was very simple to build

                            By April 15, 2019 20:53

After reading many reviews on the site, I chose this as my first purchase and I am glad I did. The casting is great, only one minor mold slip, an no bent parts or resin bubbles. I also ordered the Iliastus Accelerator, and the end of that was slightly bent but a dip into hot water and it was all good. Package was beat up a little but since the parts were packed very well with plenty of bubble wrap there was no damage to them. As others said no assembly guide but it is easy enough to find online. I will definitely be buying from here again. I believe I got a 100mm base, I will double check and update if I did not.

                            • well worth the dive
                              By June 24, 2018 11:31

was a bit sceptical about buying but took the dive and ordered this and the Iliastus Accelerator Culverin. came super fast and the quality was very good, no loss of detail and nothing needed straightening. the only issue on the cast on the shoulder sockets wasn't fully cast but saying as they are covered by the shoulder carapace and will have the ball joints glued in you won't be able to see or notice at all. other two small issues were no instructions but after seeing other products listed I expected there to be no instructions and even though its listed it comes with a 60mm base (should actually be 100mm) it didn't come with one but those are cheap from GW and instructions can be found on reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/WarhammerInstructions/comments/8bdniz/legio_custodes_telemon_heavy_dreadnought_pdf/

Awesome quality, best detail level. only missing an assembling-guide, but not to hard to build.

original Telemon comes with 100mm round-base, this one comes with 60mm round base. FIX NEEDED!
