  • Great sculpt, very brittle
    By December 12, 2020 02:27

The sculpt on this is really good. With all the tendrils and such there was a lot of flash to clean up but if you go slow you should be fine. I did break off one of them on his hand that irks me since it's one of his "fingers". I would use this as more of a display piece vs play piece. It's so brittle one drop and it would shatter. Not really the fault of the caster but the sculpt itself. Even plastic would be worrisome for this and I doubt there is a metal sculpt so this is as good as you are going to get. Be careful, go slow, enjoy the painting because this guy is great.

As much as I love the model it needed some cleaning. The tendrils are very brittle but I dont know if it's because of the models design or the cast. Turned out great in the end.

      • Great cast

Required a fair bit of clean up due to the intricacy of the model itself having so many tendrils but there wasn't any warping or major issues, just excess resin to brush off during washing.

Model was perfect with very little clean up needed. Detail was crisp and accurate with no loss whatsoever.

Good amount or clean up due to being a very smaller model; however worth it the 2 I bought look great.

Cast was good with little clean up required. Painted up well. Nice addition to my Necron Force. May get another to paint up in different colours.
